Nathaniel Lounsbury

Nathaniel Lounsbury joined Urban Genesis in 2015 and serves as General Counsel, overseeing corporate and transaction legal matters of the company. Prior to joining Urban Genesis, Nathaniel was a tax attorney for KPMG specializing in partnership and real estate taxation before establishing his own legal and tax practice that focuses on tax, acquisitions, sales, joint ventures and other transactional matters. Nathaniel received his BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a JD from the University of Richmond. He enjoys learning new things, interesting conversations and a daily cold plunge.
