Michael Gavia

Michael Gavia joined Urban Gensis in 2020 and serves as a Managing Director. Michael is responsible for overseeing all aspects of developments in the San Antonio and Houston markets for the firm. Prior to Urban Genesis, Michael served as a development associate at Oden Hughes in Austin, Texas where he managed and was directly involved in the development, construction management, asset management, refinancing and/or disposition of 3,500+ Class A multifamily units totaling $550M+ in costs across the Houston, San Antonio, and Austin markets. Michael holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
