Jon Hyduke

Jon Hyduke joined Urban Genesis in 2026 and serves as Managing Director of Capital Markets. He assists with the firm’s capital raising initiatives, oversees relationships with lending partners, and collaborates with senior leadership to execute investment strategies. Prior to Urban Genesis, Jon was an Executive Director in JPMorgan’s Commercial & Investment Bank, where he led multifamily agency and life insurance origination across the South region. He also held origination and underwriting roles at Walker & Dunlop. Over the course of his career, Jon has originated and structured more than 400 transactions totaling over $8 billion in loan volume across diverse capital sources. Jon earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University.
