Rick Atwood serves as Chief Development Officer for Urban Genesis and co-founder of Urban Genesis Construction. His expertise encompasses a variety of facets involved in the development of commercial, medical, multifamily and retail development projects. As a construction executive with 30 years of experience in the industry, Atwood has worked on over $2 billion in new construction product throughout the US. His prior industry experience includes working with Camden Property Trust, Davis Development and Preferred Communities.
